Who you're working with
I've sat in every seat in the building.
Business development, sales, support, implementation, engineering, delivery, and the tooling underneath all of it. Fifteen years doing the job.
Where this comes from
I did the job for fifteen years before I sold it to anyone.
Fifteen years carrying the number and running the teams, then learning to build the software underneath it.
100+
Projects shipped for small and mid-size businesses across industries: AI tools, automation, and the systems underneath them.
25,000+ hrs
Handed back to client teams every year. Each project saves at least an hour per person per day.
$10M+
Revenue gained and protected across those engagements.
3
Revenue orgs built and scaled from zero at AI companies.
Who you're working with
I don't look, talk, or think like a tech guy. I've just done every job inside one.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, out of blue-collar stock. I ended up in the technology industry and learned the whole building instead of one floor of it.

The people I grew up around ran routes, worked sites, and kept small shops open on thin margins. Nobody in that world had a technology budget, and nobody was waiting on one. That's the stock I come from, and it's still how I work: find what's broken, fix it, don't dress it up.
I went to San Francisco State, then spent fifteen years inside the technology industry. Nine of them at Salesforce, where I ran teams, carried a $20M book, and got named RVP of the Year twice. After that, three AI companies where I built the revenue org from nothing. Somewhere in there I stopped handing specs to engineers and started building the software myself.
Here's what all of that taught me: none of it is special. It's been gate-kept. Priced and packaged to feel out of reach, technically and financially, so the businesses that would gain the most assume it was never meant for them. That's just bullshit.
What makes technology companies grow is clean data, a process that repeats, automation carrying the boring half, and software built for the actual job. All of it works the same at a shop with nine people. My work is bringing it down to your size: cut the overhead, find new customers, run a tighter business. AI is what finally makes that affordable, and I know where to point it.
I do this not because you couldn't. Because you don't have a spare year to learn it, fail at it a few times, and start over. And because the alternative is paying a point solution tens of thousands a year to fix one narrow slice of your business. I'll cover more than that slice, for less, against the problems you have.
- Business development
- Finding the market, opening the door, building the pipeline that doesn't exist yet.
- Sales
- Running the process, carrying the number, and coaching the people who carry it.
- Support & implementation
- Go-lives, migrations, and the week the software finally meets the real job.
- Engineering & builds
- I write and ship the software myself. The person you brief is the person at the keyboard.
- Consulting & delivery
- Telling you what the work will take, then handing back something that still holds up after I leave.
- Tooling
- CRM, data, automation, and AI platforms. Configured and running in production before I hand them over.
